  • 80 grams Cream cheese
  • 120 grams Yogurt
  • 30 grams Heavy cream
  • 35 grams Blueberry jam
  • 5 grams Honey (if it isn't sweet enough)

Directions

    Bring the cream cheese to room temperature.

    If you are in a hurry, microwave it (30 seconds).

    When it is soft, mix well with the jam.

    Add heavy cream (you don't need to whip it) and yoghurt, and taste it.

    If it isn't sweet enough, add honey.

    Freeze it for around 3 hours, and it's done.

    You don't need to mix it while it's freezing!
