  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • FOR THE OAT CRISP:
  • 3/4 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/3 cups Flour Or Gluten Free Flour
  • 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt

    2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together all filling ingredients.

    3. Make sure that each ingredient is evenly spread throughout.

    4. Pour blueberry filling into an 8x8 baking dish.

    5. In a small bowl, mix together all topping ingredients. You may need to use your hands to make sure it forms a homogeneous mixture, where everything is sticking together.

    7. Place pan into the 375°F oven for 30-40 minutes, until topping is crispy and filling is hot and bubbly.
