Blueberry Custard

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 stick oleo, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. blueberries

Directions

    Turn unbaked pie shell into Pyrex pan from aluminum. Put on a cookie sheet. Beat together sugar, flour, oleo, eggs, vanilla and blueberries. Pour 2 cups blueberries into pie shell. Cover with custard. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 45 minutes.
