- 1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed (Ore-Ida recommended)
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- butter
Directions

1Butter baking dish; add potatoes. Saute onion; add cheese.

2Mix soup, sour cream and salt and add to mixture.

3Pour on top of potatoes.

4Sprinkle cheese on top.

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
