  • 1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed (Ore-Ida recommended)
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • butter

Directions

    Butter baking dish; add potatoes. Saute onion; add cheese.

    Mix soup, sour cream and salt and add to mixture.

    Pour on top of potatoes.

    Sprinkle cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
