- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 c. saltine crackers
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
Directions

1Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Set oven at 350°.

3Add cream of tartar to egg whites; beat until stiff.

4Gradually add sugar.

5Add vanilla.

6Chop nuts and crumble saltines; fold into whites.

7Spread in pan; bake until golden and firm.

8Let cool completely, then spread on Cool Whip, then pie filling.
