- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 envelope Knox gelatine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pkg. raspberry jello
- 1 (15 oz.) can sweetened blueberries
Directions

1Heat 1 cup cream and 1/2 cup sugar.

2Add Knox gelatine to 1/4 cup cold water to soften.

3Add to cream and sugar.

4Cool, then add sour cream and vanilla.

5Chill until firm.

6Mix together 1 cup boiling water, raspberry jello and blueberries and pour over the cream mixture.

7Chill until firm.
