- 1 c vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 c self-rising flour
- 2 c (16 oz) sour cream
- 2 c blueberries

1In a mixing bowl, beat eggs.

2Gradually add sugar.

3While beating, slowly pour in oil; add vanilla.

4Combine dry ingredients; add alternately with the sour cream to the egg mixture.

5Gently fold in blueberries.

6Spoon into greased muffin tins.
