- 1 (13.5 oz.) pkg. wild blueberry muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Grease bottoms of 12 medium muffin cups. Drain blueberries; rinse and set aside.

3Blend egg and milk.

4Stir in muffin mix (dry) just until blended.

5Batter should be lumpy. Fold in blueberries and nuts.

6Fill muffin cups 1/2 full.

7Bake 15 to 20 minutes.

8Immediately remove from pan.

9Makes 12 muffins.
