- 2 c. fresh blueberries
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cornstarch
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 large Cool Whip (save some to garnish with)
- 2 graham cracker pie shells
Directions

1Cook fresh blueberries with 1 cup sugar and cornstarch. Add enough water to dissolve sugar while cooking, about 1/3 to 1/2 cup.
