  • 2 c. fresh blueberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cornstarch
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 large Cool Whip (save some to garnish with)
  • 2 graham cracker pie shells

    Cook fresh blueberries with 1 cup sugar and cornstarch. Add enough water to dissolve sugar while cooking, about 1/3 to 1/2 cup.

    Cook on low heat

    is thick and blueberries are done.

    Set aside to cool.

    Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and Cool Whip. Mix well
