Ingredients

  • 1 can blueberries
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. black cherry gelatin
  • 1 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
  • 1 pkg. whipped topping mix (Dream Whip)
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Drain blueberries and add enough water to blueberry juice to make 2 cups.

    Bring to a boil and stir in gelatin until dissolved. Add 1 1/2 cups cold water, pineapple and blueberries.

    Pour into 13 x 9 x 1 1/2-inch pan and refrigerate until firm.

    Prepare whipped topping mix as directions on package.

    Blend with softened cheese and nuts.

    Spread over congealed salad and chill for 2 hours.
