Blueberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. blueberry gelatin or 1 large cherry or raspberry
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (15 oz.) can blueberries, drained (the kind used for pie filling)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. sugar or confectioners sugar

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Drain blueberries and pineapple.

    Measure liquids and add enough water to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin mixture.

    Stir in drained blueberries and pineapple.

    Pour into 2-quart flat pan or dish.

    Refrigerate until firm.
