  • 1 pkg. grape gelatin
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (16 oz.) can blueberries, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. prepared whipped topping
  • 1/4 c. nuts

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; cool.

    Add pineapple and blueberries.

    Refrigerate until congealed.

    Cream together cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and topping.

    Spread over gelatin. Sprinkle with nuts or cookie crumbs.
