  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen blueberries, thawed do not drain off juice
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

    In a medium saucepan, combine water and cornstarch and cook over medium heat until dissolved.

    Add blueberries with any juice and cook over, medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.

    Cook 2 minutes longer and then let cool.
