  • 1 cup Chocolate or Vanilla Soymilk or Almondmilk
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 handful Walnuts or Almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Greek Yogurt 2% (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Organic Oatmeal (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha green tea (optional)
  • 1 bunch Spinach or Kale
  • 1 tablespoon Cacao Powder (optional)
