  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. blueberries, tossed in small amount of flour
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar together until well blended.

    Beat egg yolks and add.

    Add flour alternately with milk.

    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

    Pour 1/2 of batter into greased rectangular pan.

    Cover with floured blueberries and then remaining batter. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm.
