- 3 c. fresh blueberries
- 4 Tbsp. sugar or honey
- 4 c. red or white wine vinegar
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; simmer 10 minutes. Place in a large screw-top jar; store for 3 weeks away from direct sunlight.

2Strain mixture to separate vinegar from berries, pressing berries with a spoon to get all the juice out.

3Strain once more through a coffee filter.

4Pour into a clean, dry decorative bottle.

5We do not recommend adding fresh berries to the finished product.

6Rapid deterioration of the fruit can cause cloudiness and sediment to form.

7Use within 3 months.
