- 1 c. hazelnuts
- 2 c. breadcrumbs
- 1 large bluefish (5 to 7 lb.)
- 1/8 lb. butter
Directions

1Melt butter in heavy pan.

2Lightly brown chopped mushrooms, chopped hazelnuts and breadcrumbs.

3Add salt and pepper to taste. Stuff bluefish; bake in a 450° oven for 1/2 hour.
