- 1 can undiluted beef consomme
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 medium sliced onion
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients in casserole.

2Mix flour and bread crumbs together and stir into casserole.

3Bake, uncovered, at 300° for 3 hours.
