  • 1/2 c. dry red wine
  • 1 can undiluted beef consomme
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 medium sliced onion
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Directions
