- 2 lb. rounded tenderized steak
- 2 c. sliced onion
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer
- 1 (10 oz.) beef gravy or 2 pkg. brown gravy mix
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Cut steak into serving size pieces.

2In deep pot, layer meat and onion.

3Mix 1/2 water, beer, gravy, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix well.

4Pour over meat and onion.

5Simmer for about 75 to 85 minutes.

6Stir together 1/4 cup of water and flour gradually.

7Add to mixture and mix well.

8Cover, uncovered, until thickened.
