  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 2 1/2 c. cooked apples
  • 1/2 c. sugar, mixed with 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Mix sugar and cinnamon and apples together.

    Put on crust. Beat egg and sour cream together.

    Pour this mixture over apples and bake 25 minutes at 250°.
