  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
  • 2 egg whites, beaten
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 2 c. water

    Cook raisins in water for 10 minutes or until water has cooked down.

    Cool raisins.

    Mix butter and brown sugar; add yolks and raisins.
