- 1 qt. milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 well beaten eggs
- your favorite seasoning (vanilla or whatever)
Directions

1Heat to lukewarm in a double boiler the milk and sugar. Slowly add the eggs.

2Cook over low heat and stir constantly until the back of a wooden spoon is coated, about 20 minutes.

3Remove from heat and add your favorite seasoning.

4(If mixture is lumpy, the custard has cooked too rapidly.

5Put into blender and blend until smooth.)
