- 1 pound large raw shrimp, unpeeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon salt (sea salt is preferred)
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Directions

1Fill a large pot or Dutch oven halfway with water.

2Add the spices, bring to a boil, then immediately reduce the heat to medium.

3Add the shrimp and simmer for 2 or 3 minutes, or until they turn pink.

4Remove the shrimp with a slotted spoon or drain in a colander.

5Transfer the shrimp to a bowl, add some lemon wedges, then peel and eat!
