Boiled Shrimp Supper

  • 3 qt. water
  • 2 (6 oz.) pkg. dry shrimp and crab seasoning
  • 1 1/2 lb. new potatoes
  • 1 lb. boiling onions (about 1 inch in diameter)
  • 4 ears corn, halved
  • 1 1/2 lb. unpeeled, large fresh shrimp
  • lemon wedges
  • cocktail sauce

Directions

    Combine water and seasoning in large kettle; bring to boil. Add vegetables; return to boil and cook 10 to 15 minutes.

    Add shrimp; cook, stirring, for 3 to 5 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink.

    Drain mixture; remove seasoning bags.

    Serve immediately with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce.
