- 2 pkg. Ramen noodles, finely broken (uncooked)
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/2 red onion, cut in rings
- 1/2 c. sesame or sunflower seeds
- 1 small pkg. slivered almonds
Directions

1Toast noodles, seeds and nuts in butter.

2Drain and set aside. Prepare bok choy.

3Cut into bite size pieces.
