  • 1 Chinese cabbage/bok choy
  • 2 pkg. Ramen noodles, finely broken (uncooked)
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1/2 red onion, cut in rings
  • 1/2 c. sesame or sunflower seeds
  • 1 small pkg. slivered almonds

Directions

    Toast noodles, seeds and nuts in butter.

    Drain and set aside. Prepare bok choy.

    Cut into bite size pieces.
