- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1 salt and pepper to taste (cayenne)
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups wine white
- 28 ounce Marzano tomatoes 1 can
- 2 1/2 cups water as needed
Directions

1Saute onions, celery and carrots in butter and oil.

2when veggies are done, add meat and saute for 5 minutes

3add seasoning, then add milk, simmer until it is gone

4add white wine and simmer until gone

5crush tomatoes and add to pot. Add water to can and add to pot

6simmer for 4-6 hours, uncovered and stir occasionally.
