  • 1 pkg. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
  • 5 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 stick oleo, cut in cubes
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 large pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1/4 pkg. paraffin wax

Directions

    Mix together coconut, powdered sugar and oleo.

    Add Eagle Brand milk and vanilla.
  3. 3
    Place in refrigerator to get stiff, about 2 hours.

    Put chocolate chips and paraffin wax in double boiler to melt.
  5. 5
    Remove coconut dough and make into small balls. Dip into chocolate and put on wax paper to harden.
