  • 6 boneless chicken breasts, split
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. white wine or sherry
  • sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. dry stuffing mix

Directions

    Place chicken in large baking dish.

    Place a slice of cheese on each chicken breast.

    Mix soup and wine and pour over chicken. Spread sliced mushrooms over all.

    Top with dry stuffing mix. Bake, uncovered, for about 1 hour at 350°.
