  • 2 cups Peanut Butter - fresh ground
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 1/4 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips - dark or semi-sweet (can be vegan)

Directions

    Combine peanut butter and honey - add salt if peanut butter is unsalted - in large glass bowl.

    Heat in microwave in 30 second increments and stir (typically 2 is enough) just to combine and soften.

    Add Rolled Oats and incorporate.

    Cool enough to add choc chips without melting them.
  5. 5
    Spread in thin layer on sheet pan and chill for 30min in freezer.

    Cut into bars
