- 2 cups Peanut Butter - fresh ground
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 2 1/4 cups Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips - dark or semi-sweet (can be vegan)
Directions

1Combine peanut butter and honey - add salt if peanut butter is unsalted - in large glass bowl.

2Heat in microwave in 30 second increments and stir (typically 2 is enough) just to combine and soften.

3Add Rolled Oats and incorporate.

4Cool enough to add choc chips without melting them.

5Spread in thin layer on sheet pan and chill for 30min in freezer.

6Cut into bars
