- 250 g applesauce
- 1 cup dried mixed fruit
- 14 cup raw sugar
- 13 cup sunflower seeds
- 14 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 cup rolled oats (do not use instant)
- 23 cup wholemeal self-rising flour
- 23 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 200C.

2Lightly grease a 26 x 16cm baking pan.

3Line with baking paper.

4Place apple sauce, fruit, sugar and all seeds in a bowl, mix to combine.

5Add oats, flour, coconut and eggs.

6Mix to combine.

7Place mixture in baking pan, use a flat bladed knife or spatula to spead evenly.

8Bake for 25 minutes, or until cooked and golden.

9Turn onto wire rack to cool.

10Cut into 8 piecec.

11Wrap in baking paper, then plastic wrap to store.
