- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 can Mexicorn
- 2 cans Del Monte zucchini with tomato sauce (16 oz.)
- 2 lb. smoked sausage, chopped in bite-size pieces
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- dash of pepper sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onions and bell peppers.

2Add smoked sausage, zucchini and corn.

3Cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes in covered dish, stirring occasionally.
