- 1 can ready to spread chocolate icing
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 devil's food cake mix
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1/3 c. oil
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 350° and flour 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Spread frosting into bottom of prepared pan.

3Sprinkle nuts over frosting.

4In large bowl blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs.

5Beat 2 minutes at highest speed.

6Pour batter over frosting in pan.

7Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately invert pan onto serving plate.

8Serve warm or cold. Yields 12 servings.
