- 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. bourbon
- 1 2/3 c. vanilla wafers, finely crushed (about 8 oz.)
- 2/3 c. chopped walnuts
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Melt chocolate chips in double boiler.

2Remove from heat. Stir in granulated sugar and corn syrup, then bourbon.

3Combine vanilla wafers and nuts in a bowl and add to chocolate mixture. Form into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.

4If mixture becomes too hard to handle, soften slightly in double boiler. Yield:
