  • 1 1/4 c. crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 to 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/4 c. bourbon
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. white corn syrup

Directions

    Combine all ingredients with 1 cup confectioners sugar.

    Mix well.

    Make into rounded teaspoonful size balls.

    Roll in confectioners sugar.

    Store in airtight container for at least 3 weeks.

    If necessary, roll bourbon balls again in confectioners sugar.
