  • 6 boneless breasts of chicken
  • Boursin cheese or Alouette (at room temperature)
  • 6 slices bacon
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika

Directions

    Flour chicken with herbs.

    Cook bacon in large frying pan. Save enough bacon fat in pan to cover bottom of pan.

    Saute chicken in fat until golden.

    Layer bacon on the chicken with a dollop of Boursin.

    Cover pan until the cheese is melted.

    Serve with rice and salad.
