- 1 (19 ounce) package Johnsonville(R) Mild Italian Sausage Links
- 1 (16 ounce) package bow tie pasta
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
- 15 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a large skillet, cook sausage links according to package directions; drain and cut into 1/2-inch slices. Set aside. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.

2In the same skillet, heat oil and saute zucchini, tomatoes, onion and garlic until tender. Add sausage, stir until heated through. Drain pasta; add to sausage mixture. Season to taste and serve.
