- 19 ounces Johnsonville(R) Italian Mild Sausage Links
- 1 pound bowtie pasta
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium zucchini thinly sliced
- 15 cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 onion medium, sliced into thin wedges
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- salt
Directions

1In a large skillet, cook sausage according to the package directions.

2Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.

3Remove sausage from the skillet; cool slightly. Cut into 1/2-in. coin slices; set aside.

4In the same skillet, heat olive oil. Add the zucchini, cherry tomatoes, onion and garlic. Saute for 2-3 minutes or until tender.

5Add sausage; heat through.

6Drain pasta; add to sausage mixture. Toss to combine. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
