Braccioli(Beef Rolls)

  • 1 lb. shells or spaghetti
  • 1 lb. top round (2 to 3 braccioli)
  • 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 oz. raisins
  • favorite spaghetti sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley
  • 1 oz. olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped

Directions

    Have top round cut into thin slices and flattened.

    Cut slices to desired widths.

    Cover slices with mixture of cheese, finely chopped parsley and garlic, raisins, salt and pepper.

    Roll each braccioli and secure rolls with toothpicks.

    Brown the rolled meat and finely chopped onion in oil.
