Braised Balsamic Red Cabbage

  • 1 head Red Cabbage, Chopped Into Six Wedges
  • 1/4 cups Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cups Homemade Chicken Or Vegetable Broth
  • Olive Oil, For Greasing Your Pan

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325 F. Place cabbage wedges in a shallow roasting pan that you've coated with olive oil. Arrange in a single layer and pour balsamic vinegar and broth over the top. Cover with foil and cook at 325 F for two hours, turning cabbage at the halfway mark.
