- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1 c. vinegar
Directions

1Scrape and slice carrots.

2Cook until tender; drain and cool. Mix other ingredients in larger bowl and pour over carrots. Refrigerate 12 hours.
