  • 2 eggplant
  • 3 small potatoes
  • dried chili some, just you like
  • garlic
  • salt
  • oil
  • soy sauce
  • oyster sauce

Directions

    cut eggplant and potatoes into fingers (remember put the eggplant into water to keep fresh)

    Heat 2 -3 tablespoons oil and fry the potato fingers & garlic together for 2 minutes

    put into some dried chili

    put into the eggplant and cover for 2-4 minutes

    put into soy saucesaltoyster sauce and cover for 5 minutes
