- 4 cucumbers, pared and thinly sliced
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 bacon slices, diced
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. non-caloric liquid sweetener
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Directions

1Layer cucumbers in small bowl; sprinkle with salt. Refrigerate, covered, for 30 minutes.

2Saute bacon in large skillet until crisp; drain well.

3Add cucumbers, drained thoroughly, and remaining ingredients.

5Cook, covered, over low heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
