- 1/2 cups Salted Butter, Softened
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1-1/8 cup All-purpose Flour
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2Cream together butter and honey until smooth. Add in vanilla. Then mix in flour until just combined.

3Roll out about a tablespoon of dough and place on a cookie sheet. Press flat with the bottom of a floured glass. Prick three times with a fork.

4Bake for 20-25 minutes.

5Note: I used a stoneware cookie sheet and 20 minutes was perfect. Not sure if that makes a difference but thought I should let you all know!
