  • 4 lamb shanks
  • 2 ribs of celery
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 TBS of tomato paste
  • 2 TBS of honey
  • 1 bottle of medium bodied red wine
  • Beef stock
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper
