- 2 ribs of celery
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 2 TBS of tomato paste
- 2 TBS of honey
- 1 bottle of medium bodied red wine
- Beef stock
- Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper
