- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. Post Bran flakes
- 1 c. milk
- 3/4 c. Parkay less fat margarine, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. chopped apples, peeled
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in large bowl.

3Mix cereal and milk in another bowl and let stand for 5 minutes.

4Beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.

5Blend in cereal mixture and egg.

6Add to flour mixture, stir just until moistened.

7Stir in apples.

8Spoon into greased muffin tins.

9Bake for 25 minutes.
