- 1 c. (8 oz.) all-bran cereal
- 1/2 to 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. 2% or whole milk
- 1 c. flour (I use whole wheat)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Mix cereal, raisins, brown sugar and milk well and let stand for 1 hour or longer.

2Then add the flour and baking powder.

3Put in a small, greased loaf pan.

4Bake at 400° for 1 hour or less, until done.

5When cool, refrigerate.

6Doubles well.
