- 1 cup bran
- 1 cup shredded wheat
- biscuits
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 5 cups flour
- 5 teaspoons soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 quart buttermilk
Directions

1Use a big bowl with a cover.

2Add 1 cup warm water to the following: 1 cup All Bran, 1 cup Shredded Wheat and 1 cup oatmeal.

3Cream 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup oil and 3 cups sugar.

4Add 4 eggs, one at a time.

5Add cereal mixture.

6Alternate flour mixture (flour, soda and salt) with 1 quart buttermilk to cereal mixture.

7Mix well.

8Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

9Do not use paper liners.

10Muffin mix will keep 2-3 months in refrigerator covered.
