  • 15 oz. Post Raisin Bran
  • 1 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 qt. buttermilk
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 tsp. baking soda
  • 5 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix together the liquid ingredients; stir in Bran.

    Mix dry ingredients; add to first mixture.

    Pour into muffin tins, either greased or lined with paper liners.

    Fill tins 2/3 full.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Store remaining batter, covered, in fridge up to 4 weeks.

    Stir well before using.
