- 15 oz. Raisin Bran cereal
- 5 c. flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 c. corn oil
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Combine cereal, flour, sugar, soda and salt.

2Make a well in the dry ingredients.

3Add eggs, milk, oil and spices.

4Stir just to mix.

5Cover and store.
-
6Will keep as long as 6 weeks in refrigerator.

7Fill muffin tins 3/4 full and bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.
