- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. fructose *
- 1 egg
- 1 c. 2% milk
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Mix all dry ingredients together.

3Mix vegetable oil, egg and milk together.

4Thoroughly blend all ingredients.

5Grease 12-cup muffin pan.

6Half-fill each cup.

7Place in oven.
